Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the protective security industry, law enforcement, or similar government service.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Eligibility to obtain a California BSIS Armed Guard Card and CA CCW.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Monday.com.
- Experience developing and delivering protective protocols at an organizational level.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver protective services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and inspire a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and place top-tier embedded employees in client programs.
- Conduct regular check-ins with embedded employees to assess performance and well-being.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager between the company and client managers.
- Recruit, onboard, hire, and offboard vendors and embedded employees.
- Approve timecards, invoices, and expense reports while ensuring compliance.
- Design, develop, and draft proposals and budgets.
- Provide in-person management and direct Executive Protection support.
- Oversee GSOC operations, scheduling, and security team quality control.
- Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and escalation protocols.
