Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of experience in program/project management, implementation, or professional services.
Background in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or comparably complex B2B environments.
Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with executive-level customer visibility.
Demonstrated judgment in navigating organizational politics and relationship risk within customer accounts.
Strong executive communication and presence with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
Strong, rigorous planning skills for building dependency-aware timelines.
Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent engagements and prioritizing across competing demands.

Own end-to-end implementation planning for new Tendo Insights customers by building phased project plans and governance structures.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for accounts, building trusted-advisor relationships with executive sponsors and operational stakeholders.
Identify and proactively manage delivery, organizational, and interpersonal risks.
Run structured stakeholder communication and escalation cadences.
Convert high-level contract commitments into specific, mutually agreed implementation plans.
Deliver executive-level updates and business reviews connecting progress to customer value.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements across a portfolio.
Mentor and provide guidance to more junior program/project managers.
