- Own data sourcing, cleaning, and quality assurance, and set validation standards for analytic outputs.
- Design, build, and maintain reporting, dashboard, and benchmarking tools, and set visualization standards for customer-facing work.
- Present findings and recommendations to customer and internal leadership, supporting pre-sales, sales, renewals, and ongoing customer engagement.
- Partner with Data Scientists and Process Improvement Consultants on methodology, project scoping, and delivery.
- Mentor analysts, review their work for accuracy and quality, and help build repeatable analytic processes for the team.
