Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field
7+ years in clinical practice plus program or project management experience
Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
Experience collaborating with analytics teams and interpreting data for decision-making
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field preferred
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, payer operations, and value-based care models preferred

Own the day-to-day management of the speech therapy program, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and milestones are achieved
Translate program-level strategy and roadmap into tactical plans, initiatives, and workstreams
Drive cross-functional alignment with enabling teams including Strategy Physicians, Operations, Analytics, Client Success, and Finance
Track and report on key performance metrics like clinical accuracy, denial trends, and savings
Partner with Business Analysts to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement across processes and technology
Act as the primary operational point of contact for stakeholders and clients
