Requirements
- Experience in workforce or capacity planning such as forecasting supply/demand or scaling a service delivery team.
- Proven track record of managing complex operational programs with direct accountability for revenue or gross margin.
- Strong analytical fluency with ability to extract and interpret data to drive operational decisions.
- Business and financial acumen regarding unit economics and margin impact.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Track record of turning informal workflows into documented, repeatable systems.
- Experience using AI as an operational tool for process improvement and automation.
- Willingness to perform hands-on operational tasks such as data auditing or building lightweight internal tools.
- Strong executive communication skills to articulate complex operational recommendations and trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Manage workforce planning including clinician capacity, retention, utilization, and credentialing throughput.
- Translate operational performance into gross margin, unit economics, and financial impact.
- Perform deep-dive operational and financial analytics to identify performance trends and root causes.
- Drive cross-functional performance management by setting priorities across Clinical, Recruiting, Finance, Product, and GTM teams.
- Oversee clinical review operations workflows, SLAs, and performance dependencies.
- Implement continuous optimization strategies to improve program efficiency, scalability, and patient access.
