Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps/SRE, ML/AI operations, or technical SaaS operations.
- Hands-on experience managing production systems.
- Strong fluency in APIs, integrations, and infrastructure-as-code/configuration concepts.
- Proficiency working in code, JSON, and YAML configuration environments.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools for diagnosis and improvement.
- Practical experience with AI or automation platforms such as LLM providers, AI productivity tools, or RPA engines.
- Knowledge of secure secrets management and access control practices like least-privilege.
- Ability to document technical work clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ownership mindset and experience operating in high-stakes production environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain AI platform configurations, including models, routes, guardrails, and prompt libraries.
- Manage connectors, integrations, and data access paths for SaaS systems and workflow tools.
- Own observability wiring, including logging, metrics, and alerts for AI workflows.
- Handle secrets management, API key rotation, and access control configurations.
- Execute production changes such as model swaps, policy updates, and version upgrades with detailed change logging.
- Run technical experiments, benchmarks, and performance data summaries to inform roadmap decisions.
- Translate technical logs and incident data into compliance and risk narratives for stakeholders.
- Co-author technical operational playbooks and support user training sessions.
- Act as a technical responder for incident triage, mitigation, and root cause analysis.
