Job Details

8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated impact on production systems.
Hands-on experience building with LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, and tool use).
Experience with at least one agent framework (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen).
Proficiency in evaluation frameworks for agent behavior.
Fluency in using AI agents within your own engineering workflow.
Proven ability to own features end-to-end and manage ambiguous project definitions.
Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in compliance-heavy, globally regulated domains.

Design, build, and own agent systems end-to-end from design through production for identity, fraud, risk, and commerce workflows.
Develop reliable, steerable, multi-step agent workflows that plan, execute, observe outcomes, and iteratively improve.
Implement tool use and human-in-the-loop patterns suitable for regulated, high-stakes decision environments.
Troubleshoot non-deterministic failures across models, tools, orchestration, and infrastructure.
Set and communicate technical vision and maintain system-level mental models for agent orchestration.
Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency while ensuring responsible, secure, and compliant usage.
