Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Compensation Operations, or Finance.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
- Proven track record of building and auditing complex spreadsheet models (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, quality checks).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Hands-on experience with QuotaPath or similar commissions software.
- Strong ability to explain technical payout calculations and performance trends to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to structure open-ended analysis and formulate recommendations with clear trade-offs.
- Experience owning a recurring process or project from start to finish.
- Interest in AI and automation to improve analysis and operational workflows.
- Capacity to learn unfamiliar areas quickly and switch between operational details and broader business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly sales commission process from data preparation and payout validation through handoff to Payroll.
- Translate approved compensation plans into precise payout calculations and comp letters for new hires, role transitions, and plan changes.
- Resolve data and payout discrepancies by identifying root causes and maintaining records of adjustments.
- Lead investigative funnel analyses to uncover growth drivers and shape team focus.
- Empower sales leadership with high-impact reports and executive dashboards regarding pipeline health and revenue attainment.
- Collaborate across teams on territory design, capacity planning, and target-setting.
- Streamline recurring workflows and leverage AI to reduce manual effort and maintain high accuracy.
- Document processes and business rules to ensure scalability and cross-functional trust.
