Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in market research, participant recruitment, panel management, project management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing recruitment or engagement strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven decision making and performance optimization skills.
- Innovation and continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Prior people leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of innovative and scalable participant sourcing strategies and identify new recruitment avenues.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, proactively anticipating roadblocks and implementing solutions.
- Partner with Project Management, Recruiting, and Panel Development teams to align acquisition efforts with client needs.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement innovative recruitment channels and community outreach initiatives.
- Oversee referral, grassroots, and specialized recruitment programs for efficiency and ROI.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for operational excellence.
- Manage project budgets and recruitment investments to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain relationships with external organizations, vendors, and community partners.
