Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience within Life Sciences, ideally working in a LIMS or ELN software environment.
- Substantial experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience planning and leading external client workshops and documenting project plans.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in a Life Science preferred.
- Demonstrated success working responsibly and effectively from a home office.
- Ability to travel to client sites within Europe.
- Agile Project Management certification or demonstrable experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fact-finding skills.
- Proficiency with computer tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM programs.
Responsibilities
- Prime Sapio Sciences deployments and major enhancement projects.
- Own the success of deployments from project kick-off to go-live.
- Manage multiple projects while coordinating the team to keep them on track.
- Advise the customer on Sapio Sciences best practice, ensuring the deployment is best placed to succeed.
- Follow Sapio Sciences' agile deployment methodology, ensuring regular customer communication touch points.
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring time, budget, quality, and success criteria are met.
- Evaluate progress against plans and implement corrective actions.
- Manage PM-related deployment services documentation and document customer feedback.
- Work with the Head of Programs to manage internal resource allocation.
