Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technology field (or equivalent of 15 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma).
- At least 10 years of directly related Operational Technology (OT): Building Automation System or Industrial Control System industry experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing projects (ICS/OT, facility modernization, engineering, or construction).
- At least 3 years of experience managing or supervising people.
- Current IAT-II satisfying certification such as Security+ or GICSP.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Valid State Issued Driver's License and ability to travel to client sites (10-20%).
- Ability to walk construction sites, carry up to 25 lbs, and work in varied conditions.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocations.
- Establish and manage project budgets, cost estimates, labor plans, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor progress against baselines and proactively identify schedule risks, variances, and recovery actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
- Implement and oversee project quality plans, inspection/testing processes, and deliverable reviews.
- Lead cross-disciplinary project teams and support resource planning, onboarding, and performance feedback.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost through formal change control processes.
