Job Details

5+ years of project management experience leading ERP or financial systems migrations.
Experience with NetSuite-to-NetSuite consolidations.
Direct experience with EDI implementations such as Orderful or SPS Commerce.
Experience with iPaaS and integration platforms, with Celigo preferred.
Experience coordinating WMS integrations or 3PL transitions.
Familiarity with Shopify in a direct-to-consumer or retail environment.
Experience with inventory planning or demand planning tools such as StockIQ.
Strong track record managing complex, multi-phase technical projects.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Atlassian.
Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and contracts.
M&A integration experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Own the end-to-end project plan across financial, data, integration, supply chain, and operational workstreams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and external partners.
Build and maintain project timelines, RAID logs, milestones, and phase-gate criteria.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement.
Coordinate technical work involving NetSuite, Celigo, and Orderful EDI mapping.
Oversee integrations involving WMS, Shopify, and iPaaS platforms.
Manage physical inventory transitions, including cutover dates and stock reconciliation.
Track project budgets, vendor contracts, and statements of work.
Identify and escalate risks related to data quality, system compatibility, and project timelines.
Create documentation and handoff materials to support teams post-migration.
