Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading and successfully implementing Epic Cogito projects.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of reporting and analytics projects.
- Strong experience developing project plans, status reports, and managing risks and dependencies.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder input.
- Demonstrated experience using and improving Agile methodologies within technical teams.
- Experience supporting or developing dashboards, reports, and SQL-based analytics solutions.
- Working knowledge of Epic Cogito solutions, including Radar, Reporting Workbench, and Cognitive Computing.
- Strong requirements-gathering, project-scoping, and communication skills.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Epic Cogito certification preferred.
- Epic Cogito Project Manager certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage intake, data governance, and project coordination for the analytics team.
- Lead Epic Cogito projects from initiation through completion, monitoring progress and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk documentation.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, analysts, and developers to validate timelines and resolve dependencies.
- Lead scoping discussions for dashboards and reports to define clear objectives and actionable requirements.
- Review backlog items to ensure sufficient business context and documentation before development begins.
- Monitor sprint progress and team efficiency, identifying opportunities for Agile process improvement.
- Maintain required Epic certifications and apply deep knowledge of the Analytics Development Life Cycle.
