Job Details

Bachelor's degree in information systems, business analytics, data management, computer science, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in data governance, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise data management.
Demonstrated experience defining and standardizing KPIs, business metrics, and enterprise reporting structures.
Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, JD Edwards, Dynamics, or comparable enterprise systems.
Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, metadata management, and enterprise data practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into structured data definitions and governance standards.
Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, ETL processes, and data integration principles.
Strong documentation skills for maintaining data dictionaries, governance frameworks, and lineage documentation.

Define, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise-wide data governance standards, policies, and operating practices.
Establish and manage the enterprise data dictionary and business glossary to create a single source of truth.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain stakeholders to define and standardize KPIs and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to validate data models, mappings, and system transformation rules.
Monitor data quality across enterprise systems to identify gaps and coordinate remediation efforts.
Document data lineage and traceability from source systems through to analytics outputs.
Promote data literacy and adoption of self-service reporting capabilities across the organization.
