Job Details

10+ years of experience in IT Management including technology solutions delivery.
Emphasis on data governance strategy, standards development, implementation, operation support, and change management.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
Expertise in overseeing teams dedicated to big data cloud solution architecture.
Experience in cybersecurity, data management, business intelligence, and analytics.
Excellent customer-facing skills with experience briefing senior executive leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage concurrent work streams in a fast-paced environment.

Act as the single point of contact to oversee contract execution and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Provide contract coordination, performance accountability, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
Serve as the senior technical authority across all development, architecture, integration, and modernization activities.
Define the program’s technical strategy, architecture vision, engineering standards, and modernization roadmap.
Manage development, operations, and implementation tasks using Agile Project Management techniques.
Facilitate project meetings, document summaries, and track action items.
Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) including milestones and dependencies.
Provide biweekly Agile reports, including sprint reports, backlog reporting, and risk registry management.
Perform risk identification and mitigation, communicating technical, operational, and business risks to stakeholders.
