Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, health system strategy, or population health.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex analytics projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop outcomes measurement frameworks and performance reporting for senior leadership.
- Strong SQL expertise for writing, validating, and troubleshooting complex production queries.
- Experience with enterprise business intelligence platforms; Tableau is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of healthcare economics, value-based reimbursement, and acute care cost structures.
- Experience designing and interpreting quantitative research such as cohort and survival analyses.
- Ability to transform complex findings into actionable recommendations for nontechnical audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oncology care delivery experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI/ML monitoring, LLM evaluation, or clinical decision-support safety frameworks is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain KPI frameworks covering enrollment, engagement, retention, acute care utilization, and AI safety.
- Produce recurring performance reports, executive presentations, and client-facing analyses.
- Conduct outcomes analyses using quantitative methods including cohort comparisons, survival analysis, and cost-avoidance modeling.
- Partner with client success teams and external stakeholders to define success criteria and reporting cadences.
- Build and maintain validated source-of-truth queries and scalable reporting workflows.
- Manage analytics intake, prioritization, documentation, and data quality across production environments.
- Develop ROI models and financial impact analyses to support prospective clients and commercial initiatives.
- Lead analytics and reporting for AI performance monitoring, quality governance, and model safety metrics.
