Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of direct project management experience.
- Experience managing technology projects involving applications, architecture, infrastructure, security, or platform engineering.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical architecture documentation.
- Strong leadership and influence-management skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Wrike, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Competency with Microsoft Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining Eastern Time zone working hours.
- Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage multiple technology projects, ensuring adherence to agreed budgets, schedules, scope, milestones, and delivery objectives.
- Partner with business and product owners to define functional and technical requirements.
- Develop executive-level frameworks, current- and future-state roadmaps, and process flows.
- Manage intra- and inter-team dependencies, identify blockers and risks, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Establish and execute project communication plans, including status reports and executive dashboards.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Manage external vendors and partners to ensure alignment with project expectations.
