Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise reporting.
- Strong experience managing an Azure Fabric enterprise data warehouse environment.
- Advanced experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization.
- Strong experience with Azure SQL Database and Fabric Data Warehouse.
- Practical experience with Azure Entra ID, Azure DevOps (repositories, pipelines, CI/CD), and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse schema design.
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience working with teams developing predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions.
- Strong client relationship management, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and project management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing enhancement and optimization of the enterprise data warehouse environment.
- Provide technical leadership for data warehouse, business intelligence, and reporting initiatives, including evaluating emerging technologies.
- Oversee and actively contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations.
- Lead and mentor team members, supporting their technical and professional development.
- Partner with data science and analytics teams to translate predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI outputs into actionable insights.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data solutions.
- Maintain high standards for data accuracy, quality, consistency, and governance across analytics platforms.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal leadership, presenting findings and performance insights.
