- Experience implementing quality assurance processes and workflow controls.
- Working knowledge of Workfront and other project management platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects from inception through final sign-off.
- Take full ownership of project outcomes, including scope, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the production phase.
- Coordinate and optimize both internal and outsourced resources to meet project goals.
- Champion quality throughout every phase of production, establishing checkpoints and reviewing final outputs.
- Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and resolve challenges quickly.
