Requirements
- BS/BA in a relevant program or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of project management experience with progressively increasing responsibility
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in an Agile environment
- 5+ years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency as a project manager
- Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously (4 to 8 people)
- Experience managing distributed or remote team members
- Experience delivering large digital-related projects ($1MM+, 9+ months)
- In-depth understanding of digital development processes and technologies
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA
- Exposure to Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with CMS (e.g., AEM, Drupal) or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify) is a plus
- CSM or PMP certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Independently lead and motivate diverse teams on various types of projects in a fast-paced environment
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes
- Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects following internal processes
- Function as a Scrum Master to lead effective Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning
- Proactively monitor, report, and manage project scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risk
- Report project status on a weekly basis, providing transparency to client and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate efficient meetings and act as a key client contact
- Leverage OpenAir and Jira to make data-driven decisions and manage resource forecasts
