Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university.
- 7 years of related experience and/or training in the IT services, IT Operations, or professional services industry.
- Proven experience with hybrid methodologies and agile delivery of technical projects.
- PMP or Agile certification.
- Track record of success guiding and leading project teams.
- Proficiency in project initiation, planning and work breakdown, resource management, and budget management.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, scope management, and risk management.
- Ability to manage technical resources working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Passionate about continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage project and program teams to deliver highly visibly strategic solutions for our clients using waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation through close-out and transition.
- Help define and drive strategic direction of both Insight and our clients.
- Build key relationships with clients and leaders.
- Mitigate risk and proactively work project issues.
- Drive tangible and sustainable improvement in PM capabilities.
- Assist with business development activities to grow Insight Services business.
- Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
