7+ years of experience managing complex, integrated client projects, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong background in account management.
Proficiency with content management systems such as Drupal, WordPress, or Sitecore.
Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) as applied to custom CMS builds.
Experience with project management tools such as Teamwork, Smartsheet, or Excel.
Experience managing project contracts and budgets.
Ability to write detailed functional and technical requirements.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strategic, creative, and intuitive problem-solving abilities.
Accountable and entrepreneurial approach to project management.
Confidence in running meetings and presenting to clients.

Own timeline and budget outcomes throughout project lifecycles.
Collaborate with Strategy, Design, Content, Development, and BA/QA departments to deliver best-in-class web projects.
Develop long-term client relationships through personal service and consistent communication.
Create project plans, schedules, budget and status reports, and other deliverables.
Draft project documentation such as Teamwork tickets to ensure internal teams deliver quality, efficient work.
Refine and enhance company website design and development processes with management.
Evaluate new business leads and participate in proposal creation.
Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
