Requirements
- Led a broad People Operations/People Transformation/Total Rewards organization in a complex, global technology company at scale.
- Deep expertise in systems thinking and business/financial acumen.
- Proven track record of using AI, automation, and modern People technology to redesign work.
- Strong portfolio and PMO discipline for managing competing priorities and cross-functional dependencies.
- Ability to evaluate investment ROI effectively.
- Executive presence with the ability to operate credibly with senior leadership.
- Experience driving execution from strategy through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Architect the People operating system by connecting strategy, processes, systems, data, and service delivery.
- Redesign work flows to simplify processes, remove unnecessary handoffs, and clarify accountability.
- Increase organizational metabolism by building mechanisms for prioritization, planning, and execution.
- Build an AI-first function to automate transactional work, increase self-service, and augment decision-making.
- Transform People Operations into a scalable global backbone that delivers exceptional employee experience.
- Modernize People Programs and Total Rewards to ensure integrated execution and measurable outcomes.
- Develop leaders and team members with strong systems thinking, AI fluency, and financial acumen.
