Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong craft and execution skills with consistent delivery of polished, thoughtful interaction and visual design.
- Deep product thinking skills, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Strong ownership and initiative, with the ability to drive work forward with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and communicate clearly across cross-functional teams.
- Experience using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide design work.
- Proven track record of team-level influence and contributing to design direction.
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, G Suite, and Notion.
- Growth mindset with a focus on seeking feedback and leveraging modern tools, including AI, to accelerate workflow.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within UK and international experiences, as well as global post-purchase experiences, across App and Web.
- Drive initiatives from discovery through to delivery and iteration to achieve meaningful customer and business outcomes.
- Own complex flows and ambiguous problem spaces by defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and design direction.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and data teams to make informed trade-offs and deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.
- Contribute to design systems and patterns to strengthen consistency and scalability.
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across teams.
- Support and mentor other designers to raise the quality of work across the team.
