Requirements
- Experience as a product designer on complex products, ideally in B2B or fintech.
- Strong systems thinking and end-to-end ownership, from big-picture to micro-interactions.
- Ability to balance speed and detail, knowing when to move fast versus obsessing over the 1%.
- Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems and reusable patterns.
- Ability to demonstrate agency, ownership, and autonomy.
- Comfort working with AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- A portfolio showing strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft.
Responsibilities
- Own key web product areas from early concepts to shipped implementation.
- Turn ambiguous product problems into clear flows, interfaces, and interaction models.
- Raise the quality bar through design quality, critique, and thoughtful collaboration.
- Use Cursor or Claude Code to prototype, build, and iterate through simple interfaces.
- Identify and design reusable components and patterns to improve consistency and speed.
- Partner closely with engineering to scope, design, iterate, and ship at high velocity.
- Contribute to product thinking, overall product direction, and the growth of design culture.
