Requirements
- Strong track record solving complex product problems in B2B, SaaS, or developer tools.
- Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Understanding of technical constraints and experience working with Engineering teams.
- Ability to prototype solutions and iterate quickly.
- Strong communication skills for close partnership with product and engineering stakeholders.
- High visual craft and attention to detail including typography, spacing, and composition.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for complex product problems from discovery through production.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities, shape strategy, and define product direction.
- Design intuitive workflows, considering information architecture, edge cases, error states, and complex interactions.
- Maintain a high bar for visual craft, focusing on hierarchy, typography, and composition.
- Prototype and iterate quickly using modern tools.
- Engage directly with customers using qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform design decisions.
- Support the broader design team through design critique and contribution to reusable patterns.
