Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a product designer.
- Proven experience working on B2B products.
- Ability to perform product thinking, address edge cases, and ship production-ready work.
- High level of craft in visual design, UI, and motion.
- Extensive experience owning and improving a design system.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating past information architecture and product vision or redesign work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for design work, including prototyping (e.g., v0, Claude, Cursor).
Responsibilities
- Raise the overall craft of the dashboard and recipient experience.
- Improve navigation, information architecture, motion, and micro-interactions.
- Own and improve the design system with clear documentation to reduce UI inconsistency.
- Set and document a concrete long-term vision for product foundations.
- Support small projects from pods that do not have an embedded designer.
- Partner with engineers to implement design work and use AI for prototyping.
- Write and own the copy within your own designs.
