Job Details

5-7 years of relevant business experience in enterprise SaaS Partner Success Management or a closely related role.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (equivalent work experience considered).
Strong understanding of Partner Program, lifecycle management, and partner-led GTM motions.
Working knowledge of insurance/P&C market, SaaS/BaaS positioning, and partner revenue generation.
Advanced experience with SFDC CRM and SFDC PRM.
Advanced experience with PRM Partner Portal administration and support workflows.
Proficiency in lead registration, opportunity management, and pipeline hygiene processes.
Strong capability in project management, process analysis, and change management.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
French language proficiency (required for roles in Quebec; training offered if needed).
Detail-oriented, process disciplined, and analytical.

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned partners throughout their lifecycle.
Manage inbound partner requests from initial engagement through exit.
Perform due diligence on new partner signup requests, support joint GTM business plans, and onboard partners into systems.
Proactively communicate resources, training, product materials, marketing assets, and portal guidance.
Orchestrate partner onboarding by creating records in SFDC PRM and assigning necessary tools.
Manage deal registration and partner sales pipeline processes.
Manage partner legal agreement processing and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Track and analyze operational metrics to improve program effectiveness.
Develop and implement AI-driven process improvements to streamline partner operations.
