Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-facing product management, or high-growth startup roles.
- Proven consumer product instincts gained from direct building or close partnership with consumer product teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to run independent data analysis and build conviction from messy signals.
- First-principles thinking with a curiosity-driven approach to complex problem-solving.
- Ownership mindset with high accountability for product outcomes and cross-functional problem resolution.
- Impeccable follow-through and attention to detail.
- Empathy for customer needs and behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Ramp quickly on new product domains such as home, motorcycle, boat, or RV insurance.
- Distill quantitative data from Data Science and qualitative feedback from Research teams to identify high-leverage priorities.
- Build and ship new product features, incorporating customer feedback into rapid iterations.
- Own product roadmap execution from early concept through launch and scaling phases.
- Solve complex operational and regulatory challenges inherent in new product verticals.
