Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management or design.
- At least 3 years managing a team of product managers and/or designers.
- Deep care for the growth and wellbeing of direct reports.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience coaching team members toward management readiness.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and create clarity for teams.
- Strong strategic instincts to identify systemic misalignments.
- Builder's mindset with a focus on strategic rigor.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately one trip per quarter.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Exposure to AI-assisted product development.
Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes by expanding product-market-impact fit and scaling tools to more states.
- Manage and mentor product managers, designers, and emerging leaders.
- Build cross-functional rituals and streamline operations to increase execution speed.
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, state engagement, and marketing teams.
- Define strategic direction and coach teams through policy and administrative constraints.
- Model AI-assisted workflows to accelerate discovery and delivery.
