SalaryThe expected starting salary for the position is $193,389 to $276,270 within a full position range of $193,389 to $359,151 annually.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing Product Managers.
- Track record of owning business metrics and driving specific outcomes.
- Demonstrated technical fluency in e-commerce platforms, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, UX, and Data teams.
- Proven experience operating in a pod or squad-based structure.
- Strong understanding of user research, analytics, experimentation, and product adoption.
- Experience balancing customer-facing product investments with platform health and technical debt.
- Executive communication skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Ability to travel to Melville, NY, 6 times per year.
Responsibilities
- Own product pod accountability, ensuring clear missions and measurable success metrics.
- Define and maintain product standards, including decision rights across Product, UX, and Engineering.
- Directly manage and coach a team of product managers, including hiring and leveling.
- Translate company strategy into a product strategy with a north star metric and supporting metric tree.
- Publish and maintain the annual product roadmap with clear quarterly planning processes.
- Resolve cross-pod dependencies and manage delivery risks to ensure committed outcomes.
- Partner with IT and engineering leadership to align the roadmap with technical strategy and architecture.
- Collaborate with AI Enterprise Enablement to identify and evaluate AI opportunities for customer products and internal workflows.
