Requirements
- Extensive experience in product design, UX design and architecture, interaction design, or related disciplines.
- Significant experience designing B2B or B2X digital products.
- Experience designing enterprise, scientific, technical, analytical, data-intensive, or workflow-oriented software.
- Strong proficiency with modern product design methodologies and tools.
- Experience with prototyping platforms and emerging AI-enabled design and prototyping tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including articulating design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- BS, MS, or advanced degree in Design, Engineering, Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall UI/UX architecture and product design direction across the product portfolio.
- Develop information architecture, navigation structures, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity product designs.
- Translate complex user needs, workflows, and product requirements into intuitive, efficient, and compelling user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer discovery to inform product decisions.
- Establish and evolve processes for design reviews, UX critique, prototyping, user validation, and design decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with Science, Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to define user requirements.
- Partner with Engineering to establish and maintain a scalable design system.
- Recruit, hire, manage, and mentor UI/UX and product design professionals.
