Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field.
- Experience working directly with customers or managing customer relationships.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience working with APIs and healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7).
- Familiarity with data formats including JSON, XML, and YAML.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks independently.
- Strong collaborative skills for working across cross-functional teams like Sales and Account Management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine interest in the healthcare industry and operational efficiency.
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare domains such as data quality management, prior authorizations, or benefits verification.
- Bonus: BA/BS degree.
Responsibilities
- Configure Plenful for new customer implementations and specific use cases.
- Refine implementation processes to ensure customers achieve faster time-to-value.
- Represent Plenful in customer-facing meetings to gather feedback and facilitate custom configurations.
- Manage project timelines, hold customers accountable for follow-up tasks, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide omnichannel technical support and document platform best practices.
- Partner with Account Management and Sales to define operational requirements and lead expansion implementations.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to communicate new feature requirements and provide business context for product design.
