Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, connectivity strategy, or product engineering.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of APIs and restech integration technologies.
- Proven track record of building and managing C-suite level partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience defining and delivering technical roadmaps and API strategies.
- Strong integration architecture and observability expertise.
- Ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing global engineering teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to design reports and leverage data for decision-making.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Inclusive leadership style with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the connectivity strategy aligned to technical goals like faster releases and observability.
- Build and maintain C-suite level relationships with restech and supplier partners.
- Perform hands-on work including API design, integration architecture, and resolving connectivity issues.
- Lead, grow, and mentor a team of tech leads and engineers.
- Partner with Product to shape the connectivity roadmap.
- Oversee configuration, monitoring, and testing of supplier integrations to drive continuous improvement.
