Requirements

  • Experience building and leading employee experience programs in a global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and scale onboarding, communications, and engagement initiatives.
  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills with PBP, recruiting, IT, and executive teams.
  • Proficiency in gathering feedback, using data and insights to measure program effectiveness, and informing priorities.
  • Proven experience creating scalable programs across different countries, time zones, and employee populations.
  • Ability to develop clear communication channels and best practices to improve employee understanding.
  • Experience planning and executing large-scale, complex events and offsites for distributed workforces.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a company-wide employee experience strategy to strengthen connection, engagement, and culture.
  • Establish standards, processes, and measurement frameworks for employee-facing programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first months.
  • Develop an office strategy that supports diverse ways of working and community-building.
  • Own the strategy and operating rhythm for company-wide communications and all-hands meetings.
  • Partner with leadership to execute major company-wide gatherings and global offsites.
