Requirements
- Experience building and leading employee experience programs in a global organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and scale onboarding, communications, and engagement initiatives.
- Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills with PBP, recruiting, IT, and executive teams.
- Proficiency in gathering feedback, using data and insights to measure program effectiveness, and informing priorities.
- Proven experience creating scalable programs across different countries, time zones, and employee populations.
- Ability to develop clear communication channels and best practices to improve employee understanding.
- Experience planning and executing large-scale, complex events and offsites for distributed workforces.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a company-wide employee experience strategy to strengthen connection, engagement, and culture.
- Establish standards, processes, and measurement frameworks for employee-facing programs.
- Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first months.
- Develop an office strategy that supports diverse ways of working and community-building.
- Own the strategy and operating rhythm for company-wide communications and all-hands meetings.
- Partner with leadership to execute major company-wide gatherings and global offsites.
