Job Details

5+ years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, operations, or a related field.
Experience managing or leading a scheduling team.
Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, capacity planning, and utilization.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to turn data and trends into practical, actionable solutions.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable working with scheduling software, databases, and operational systems.
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA service-based environments strongly preferred.

Lead the organization’s overall scheduling strategy, operations, and team performance.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve scheduling processes, workflows, standards, and best practices.
Ensure client schedules are appropriately staffed and aligned with clinical needs.
Monitor capacity, utilization, coverage, cancellations, and scheduling gaps to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Analyze scheduling data and trends to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
Partner with Clinical and Operations leadership to anticipate staffing needs and proactively address scheduling challenges.
Establish and track KPIs and performance expectations, providing leadership with actionable insights.
Lead, coach, and support scheduling team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot complex scheduling issues and coordinate solutions across teams.
Support the implementation, optimization, and effective use of scheduling technology and systems.
