Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or an equivalent field.
- Relevant experience as a sales professional within the healthcare-focused electronic manufacturing services industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing business-to-business relationships with large, strategic customers.
- Strong strategic account management experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and med-tech customer environments.
- Demonstrated strategic framing, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial fluency, including management of commercial negotiations and profitability metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Willingness to travel within North America and periodic international travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic growth relationships with major multinational healthcare and med-tech customers.
- Analyze customers' business strategies and product plans to identify mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
- Develop and articulate compelling healthcare value propositions.
- Manage commercial and financial aspects including negotiations and profitability metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators across delivery, quality, and financial metrics.
- Navigate complex, matrixed organizations to align internal resources with customer requirements.
