Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner or senior People leader.
  • Significant experience supporting multiple international markets, ideally across both Europe and APAC.
  • Strong working knowledge of international employment practices and local regulatory requirements.
  • Broad HR expertise across organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex people matters.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and geographically dispersed organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Relevant HR certification or equivalent professional credential preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for leaders and teams across AG1 international markets, spanning Europe through APAC.
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and practical solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute people strategies that align with business priorities, global People team programs, and international market needs.
  • Apply strong knowledge of international employment practices and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Advise leaders on complex employee relations matters, organizational changes, and performance management.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, talent planning, and succession planning.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment across international markets.
  • Partner with global People team specialties to deliver integrated solutions and drive adoption of global programs.
