Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification.
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least 5 years of management or senior leadership experience.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex organizations through change.
- Advanced understanding of global, regional, and national regulatory requirements for clinical trials (e.g., ICH guidelines).
- Broad knowledge of regulatory affairs and specialized disciplines such as preclinical, clinical, CMC, or lifecycle management.
- Advanced financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
- Recognized executive presence with excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience building strategic customer relationships in complex, multinational environments.
- Strong performance management capabilities, using metrics to drive accountability and development.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution through innovation and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight and strategic leadership across multiple FSP portfolios, therapeutic areas, strategic accounts, and global delivery organizations.
- Develop and execute long-term portfolio strategies aligned with organizational growth, operational excellence, and client objectives.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives designed to improve operational effectiveness, quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Act as the senior operational point of contact for key FSP partnerships and lead executive-level client governance forums.
- Manage complex escalations, organizational risks, and critical delivery issues.
- Partner with Business Development teams on strategic opportunities, proposal development, and account expansion.
- Develop leadership pipelines, succession plans, and coaching strategies for Directors and senior oversight leaders.
- Drive adoption of digital technologies, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
