4+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong expertise across the full hiring cycle
1+ year of experience managing, mentoring, or leading a recruitment team, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring high-quality talent within Non-Tech functions (Legal, Finance & Accounting, etc.)
Strong execution focus with the ability to take ownership and deliver results
Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Strong service mindset and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility for results
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving recruitment processes
English - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher

Leading recruiting unit and ensuring high quality of hire
Management, mentoring and coaching of the recruitment team
Effectively leading end-to-end recruitment process (pipeline, recruitment flow effectiveness etc)
Ensure quality recruitment activities and deliverables are in line with recruitment KPIs
Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in the Talent acquisition area
Keep track of recruitment metrics and analytics
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry to ensure a positive recruitment experience
