Requirements
- Experience in banking transformation, migration or operational readiness.
- Broad knowledge of corporate or wholesale banking processes.
- Practical understanding of migration, cutover and coexistence impacts.
- Ability to understand end-to-end business processes across multiple Value Streams.
- Experience reviewing acceptance criteria, test coverage and business evidence.
- Ability to identify ambiguous, incomplete or insufficiently evidence-based criteria.
- Confidence to constructively challenge Value Stream SMEs.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Clear and concise written communication.
- Priority domain knowledge in migration, cutover and coexistence; corporate banking client servicing; payments and operational processing; and operational resilience and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Review and quality-assure acceptance criteria created or co-created by Value Stream SMEs.
- Check that criteria cover complete business outcomes across process steps, hand-offs, departments, client outcomes, exceptions, migration conditions, controls and reconciliations.
- Review Value Stream LIAT evidence and assess whether it provides credible BRT coverage.
- Identify gaps, assumptions, dependencies and scope limitations.
- Coordinate cross-Value Stream workshops and coverage-challenge sessions.
- Recommend whether residual gaps require additional evidence, targeted BRT, a mitigating control, scope removal or formal risk acceptance.
- Support the design of targeted BRT storyboards.
- Prepare scenario-level readiness conclusions for central governance.
