- Understanding of business glossaries, data dictionaries, and data products.
- Experience with data ownership and stewardship models.
- Knowledge of data classification and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience preparing documentation and conducting workshops.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Responsibilities
- Define and document Data Governance operating models and business processes.
- Design processes for managing business terms, business metadata, technical metadata, and data products.
- Establish frameworks for data ownership, data domains, and accountability.
- Develop data classification standards and support regulatory and security requirements.
- Connect business knowledge with technical data assets.
- Design and document data lineage and impact analysis processes.
- Gather requirements and define target-state solutions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support implementation and adoption of governance processes in the Knowledge Catalog platform.
- Prepare project, operational, and governance documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer.
