Requirements
- Have at least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System-Business Analyst on custom software development projects.
- Have experience working directly with business clients, facilitating analysis workshops, and providing technology advice.
- Have exposure to Data, DWH, Cloud, or AI projects, including understanding data structures, relational models, data flows, or LLM/AI integrations.
- Use SQL independently to explore and analyze data and verify consistency in relational databases.
- Have practical knowledge of BPMN and UML, and experience with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Understand REST/JSON APIs and data exchange between heterogeneous systems.
- Communicate in English at B2/C1 level and create project documentation in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to identify business stakeholders’ needs, operational challenges, and the business value of proposed implementations.
- Translate business requirements into system architecture, process, and data-flow requirements for Data, Dev, and AI teams.
- Model AS-IS and TO-BE processes and create specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process models.
- Define assumptions for system integrations, database business logic, and LLM/RAG solutions using verified client data.
- Prioritize work with Product Owners and project managers using Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Support UAT, verify business logic consistency, and present solutions to stakeholders.
