Requirements
- Bring senior Business Analyst experience.
- Have experience in large business-technology transformation projects.
- Have experience with Data & Analytics.
- Have experience working with requirements and business processes.
- Have experience with UAT and implementations.
- Have experience working with global stakeholders.
- Pricing experience is an advantage.
- Business-side experience with AI, GenAI or Machine Learning initiatives, including defining AI use cases, is an advantage.
- Experience in Data Quality, Data Readiness, BI, analytics, Responsible AI or governance is an advantage.
- Experience with projects spanning multiple countries or business units is an advantage.
- Understand work on data-based solutions and act as a link between business, domain experts and technical teams.
- Building AI models and performing data engineering are not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with Pricing, Finance, business, data and technical stakeholders.
- Identify business problems and improvement opportunities; define personas, current and target processes, pain points and desired outcomes.
- Translate business needs into business and functional requirements, epics, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria.
- Create process maps and user journeys, and maintain traceability from business needs through requirements, testing and adoption.
- Define and prioritize AI use cases for Pricing, including supported decisions, user interactions, human-in-the-loop processes, success measures and explainability needs.
- Coordinate data and ground-truth needs, user feedback and pilot evaluation; recommend whether use cases should be scaled, changed or closed.
- Support data and analytics product backlogs and roadmaps, and coordinate readiness across countries and business units.
- Coordinate data validation and resolution of quality issues across source systems, mapping, pricing logic, dashboards and downstream consumption.
- Prepare UAT strategies and scenarios, coordinate testing and retesting, triage defects, and recommend business sign-off and release readiness.
- Coordinate communications and training, and measure adoption and business outcomes.
