Requirements
- Have experience as a Business Analyst or Business Expert in strongly IT-focused projects.
- Have a solid understanding of Customer Master Data Management (MDM).
- Have a solid understanding of Data Quality Management.
- Understand microservices-based architectures.
- Have hands-on experience with Gherkin and API testing tools, including REST, Bruno, and REST Assured.
- Have experience with Agile management setups.
- Have practical experience using AI-supported productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT in software analysis or development contexts.
- Be fluent in German and English at C1 level, with excellent written and spoken skills in both languages.
- Have strong analytical and conceptual skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and an agile mindset.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications in collaboration with software architects.
- Design and structure subprocesses and use cases for Customer Master Data Management and Data Quality Management.
- Manage, document, and refine user stories and backlogs within an Agile framework.
- Design automated test scripts using Gherkin.
- Perform API testing using REST, Bruno, and REST Assured.
- Manage assigned defects.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI/GenAI opportunities to optimize business analysis, processes, and software development workflows.
