Requirements
- Have a proven and successful track record as a recruiter.
- Have experience in high-volume recruitment.
- Have nursery recruitment or healthcare recruitment experience; this is essential.
- Communicate confidently and effectively in writing and verbally with people at all levels.
- Work toward and exceed targets while prioritizing workload to meet business demands.
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- Be goal-driven and understand recruiting metrics and methods for achieving positive results.
- Be prepared to complete an enhanced DBS check before appointment.
- Knowledge of Workday is desirable.
- Previous experience in an internal recruitment function is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an end-to-end 360 recruitment service for nursery settings.
- Partner with operational stakeholders and the wider Talent Acquisition team to provide resourcing solutions and a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards, campaigns, social media, professional networks, and headhunting techniques.
- Work with the business to develop careers social-channel content that supports talent attraction and employer-brand engagement.
- Manage vacancies and candidates through Workday, keeping records up to date and progressing candidates and hiring managers through each stage.
- Deliver weekly management information on recruiting activity.
- Promote the Recommend a Friend programme through stakeholders and act as an ambassador for the employer brand.
- Monitor recruitment activity and outcomes, and identify opportunities to attend industry events.
