Requirements
- Be fluent in English.
- Bring recruitment experience; this is preferred.
- Be tech-savvy and AI-savvy, and comfortable using new tools every day.
- Understand tech roles and stacks, or be able to learn them quickly.
- Be confident asking difficult questions, pushing back respectfully, and guiding conversations.
- Be comfortable with high volume, frequent context switching, and evolving processes.
- Demonstrate ownership, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- Availability to overlap with UTC-6 to UTC-1 time zones is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Talk with candidates who are already interested.
- Assess candidates and identify suitable roles for them.
- Work toward filling complex, hard-to-close client positions as the role evolves.
- Potentially take on client-facing work with key accounts.
- Potentially contribute to projects involving automations and agent orchestration.
