Requirements
- Significant experience as a Creative Director, Game Director, Design Director, or comparable senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of shipping at least one AAA or comparable PC/console title in a leadership position.
- Strong experience leading and developing game design teams.
- Experience defining and delivering a cohesive creative and gameplay vision for a large-scale game.
- Strong understanding of live-service development, player experience, and modern production pipelines.
- Ability to make clear design decisions and resolve cross-discipline trade-offs.
- Strong experience using BI and AI tools to analyze player behavior and inform decisions.
- Excellent people-management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to define and uphold clear creative principles and a strong development culture.
Responsibilities
- Drive the game design direction and translate product strategy into clear gameplay priorities and quality standards.
- Define, communicate, and maintain the creative vision and experience pillars for the game.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to game designers to ensure alignment with the product vision.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Publishing to align creative decisions with business goals and audience strategy.
- Review and validate major gameplay features, systems, content, and design deliverables.
- Balance creative ambition with scope, technology, timelines, and production realities.
- Utilize player feedback, research, market insights, and product data to inform design decisions.
- Represent the creative and design vision to senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
