Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in technology and/or business consulting.
- Strong focus on operating model transformation, workforce transformation, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of practice building, solution development, and revenue growth.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong business development experience, including leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Deep expertise in agile methodologies, product operating models, and organizational change management.
- Experience with Atlassian ecosystem strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership experience managing distributed, high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute growth strategy for the WX Solutions Advisory function.
- Lead strategic pursuits and new logo acquisition efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (VP/CXO level).
- Lead the design and evolution of WX offerings across operating model and AI-enabled workflows.
- Maintain a 50% billable utilization target while balancing practice leadership and delivery oversight.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Recruit and retain top consulting talent within the WX domain.
- Represent Cprime at industry events and publish thought leadership.
