Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive consulting, advisory, or professional services experience.
- Substantial experience serving hospitals and health systems.
- Demonstrated success leading a consulting practice, service line, or significant portfolio of client engagements.
- Proven track record selling consulting services and achieving revenue or bookings goals.
- Hands-on experience scoping, pricing, negotiating, and contracting consulting engagements.
- Experience managing consulting economics, including revenue, margin, utilization, and project performance.
- Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing consulting teams.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare delivery, hospital operations, digital transformation, and the health system ecosystem.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, growth plan, operating rhythm, and overall financial performance of the Insights & Advisory team.
- Set and manage annual revenue, bookings, margin, utilization, and pipeline targets.
- Identify, develop, and close consulting opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Scope, price, and structure consulting engagements by defining deliverables, staffing models, and project economics.
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with senior executives across hospitals and health systems.
- Provide executive oversight for multiple complex engagements ensuring delivery on time and budget.
- Lead, manage, and develop a multi-level consulting team.
